使用方法 HOW TO USE

○　成年人每日2次，每次餐前20分鐘服用10g，可混入水、牛奶、果汁及食物中攪拌均勻服用或遵醫囑。

Dosage:

Adults mix 4 rounded teaspoons (10gm) twice daily with a glass of water or fruit juice, stir well and consume immediately. Always follow this with a further glass of water or fruit juice.

After 1-2 weeks it should be possible to reduce the amount to 2 rounded teaspoons (5gm) daily.

• One area of caution is with prescription blood thinning agents. If you are on this type of medication, you should consult with your healthcare practitioner before beginning an enzyme regimen.

• All protein digesting enzymes can irritate existing ulcers and should be avoided by those with stomach or intestinal ulcers.
